In 2019, Community Health Interventions, Inc. established a Specialty Care Clinic to address the needs of individuals with Hepatitis C and HIV. The clinic is staffed with a MD, DNP and Case Manager. The clinic provides diverse selection of integrated health services to cater to individualized care needs. All services are performed by qualified and experienced medical professionals to provide accuracy of treatment and available treatment options are provided.
CHI provides Hep C, HIV and STD testing, diagnosis, counseling and treatment. Lab testing is provided onsite and Rapid testing is available for HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis C.
